PHILADELPHIA, PA – As Halloween approaches, Craftsman Row Saloon at 112 S. 8th Street invites Halloween enthusiasts to step into a world of whimsical spookiness with its much-anticipated pop-up experience. This year, the saloon takes a leap into the eerie brilliance of Tim Burton’s universe, presenting a “Nightmare Before Christmas—and Friends” theme that promises to captivate and delight.
The saloon’s transformation is inspired by iconic characters such as Jack Skellington, Sally, and the Boogie Man, alongside new additions from the beloved classics Beetlejuice and the Wednesday series. Expect an enhanced atmosphere with over 2,000 extra Halloween lights, hundreds more skulls and bones, and an array of floating ghouls that create a truly immersive experience. Booths adorned in Beetlejuice style, skeleton walls, and spooky candles further set the scene for an unforgettable Halloween celebration.
The culinary offerings are equally enchanting, with a menu featuring inventive dishes such as Jack’s Baked Mac and Cheese, Mummy Stromboli, and the Brain and Blood Burger. From the bar, patrons can enjoy an array of themed cocktails, including the Pumpkin King Margarita and the Piñata Full of Spiders Mojito. Two new over-the-top milkshakes, “This is Halloween” and “Scary Movie Night,” add to the indulgence with elaborate decorations and flavors that are sure to satisfy every sweet tooth.
George Tsiouris, co-owner of Craftsman Row Saloon, shares his excitement: “We are huge fans of Halloween and Tim Burton, and with the release of Beetlejuice this week, we really went all out. Open for reservations through October 31st, the Halloween pop-up operates Wednesday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Saturday from 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. As the Halloween season wraps up, preparations will begin for the saloon’s award-winning Christmas pop-up, debuting in early November.
