SolomonEdwards Marks Five Years of IntelliTox Platform

Business News

PHILADELPHIA, PA — SolomonEdwards said it is marking the fifth anniversary of IntelliTox, a call center management platform developed for poison control and telehealth organizations.

The firm said it launched the platform in 2020 in partnership with the Poison Control Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Salesforce to modernize poison control operations.

IntelliTox is built on Salesforce infrastructure and is designed to provide automation, data management and analytics capabilities for public health agencies, according to the company.

SolomonEdwards said the platform supports HIPAA-compliant data management and integrates communication channels such as two-way text messaging and web chat to connect the public with poison control experts.

The company said new artificial intelligence-enabled features allow the system to generate case charts from call notes, summarize entries and automate transcription and redaction of sensitive data.

According to SolomonEdwards, those capabilities support near real-time surveillance and anomaly detection, while allowing clinicians to focus on triage and patient care.

SolomonEdwards is a professional services firm that provides consulting and technology solutions to organizations undergoing growth, operational change or regulatory events.
