SolomonEdwards Appoints Bryan Stelly as Partner of Tax Services

PHILADELPHIA, PA — SolomonEdwards announced the appointment of Bryan Stelly as partner of tax services, expanding the firm’s tax offerings.

Stelly, who is based in Houston, will oversee the firm’s tax services group and lead the expansion of its tax practice, according to the company.

He will focus on refining the operating model for tax services, establishing performance metrics and aligning the practice with the firm’s Office of the CFO and Banking & Financial Services groups, the company said.

John Gulnac, chief executive officer of SolomonEdwards, said demand for tax professionals with regulatory expertise is increasing across industries and that Stelly’s background will support the firm’s corporate tax advisory work.

Stelly most recently served as director of federal tax advisory at Kroll, where he led federal tax advisory services. He has more than 20 years of experience in tax services across multiple industries, the company said.

He holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Baylor University and serves on the board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The appointment follows other recent leadership additions at SolomonEdwards, including Michelle Chen as managing partner of the firm’s Professional Search practice, according to the company.
