NEWTOWN, PA — Solana Company (Nasdaq: HSDT) said it has appointed Madelene Gani as chief operating officer and deputy chief financial officer, effective April 6, as the company moves into a new phase of operational execution and growth.
Gani, a certified public accountant with more than 25 years of experience, will oversee operational and financial functions as the company expands its digital asset treasury and infrastructure, the company said.
She previously served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer at Hedera Hashgraph, where she led financial and operational restructuring initiatives.
Gani also held senior finance roles at Aptos Labs, where she helped establish financial infrastructure and supported its initial coin offering, and at Gemini, where she led global financial operations during a period of rapid growth.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at JUUL Labs, overseeing financial strategy during expansion efforts that included acquisitions and capital raises.
“I have spent my career building the financial and operational foundations that allow companies to scale,” Gani said.
Solana Company said the appointment reflects its focus on strengthening financial oversight and operational capacity as it develops infrastructure tied to the Solana blockchain ecosystem.
The company is based in Newtown and trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker HSDT.
