PHILADELPHIA, PA — Signage.com has introduced an artificial intelligence-powered design platform that allows businesses to generate visual concepts for custom signs before requesting a quote, a move aimed at reducing uncertainty in the online purchasing process for made-to-order signage.
The Philadelphia-based company reported that its new Design Studio enables customers to enter business information, upload logos and select a sign type, after which the system generates concepts using different layouts, colors, materials and sign styles.
The launch reflects broader adoption of generative AI in business-to-business sales workflows, where companies are using visualization tools to shorten purchasing decisions for products that typically require consultation before production.
Signage.com reported that the Design Studio is integrated directly into its online ordering process, allowing prospective customers to begin discussions with a preliminary design rather than a written description of their project.
Every order will continue to undergo expert review, quote confirmation and production planning before manufacturing begins.
“Buying a custom sign should not feel like guesswork,” Chief Executive Officer Hassan Qureshi stated. “Our Design Studio helps owners see a direction before they commit, so they can move into quote review with more confidence.”
Signage.com serves businesses including retailers, restaurants, medical practices, offices, gyms, salons and other organizations requiring custom signage. The company reported that its management team has more than 30 years of combined experience in the signage industry.
