EAST HEMPFIELD TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that pipe work related to the Centerville Road Interchange Improvement Project will require a right shoulder closure on westbound Route 30 in Lancaster County next week.
Weather permitting, the closure will be in effect Monday, August 11, through Friday, August 15, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through the area.
The $36.3 million project, led by JD Eckman, Inc., includes roadway widening, structure replacement, resurfacing, drainage upgrades, and traffic signal improvements. Completion is anticipated in August 2025.
