Schuylkill Expressway Work Threatens Major Daytime Delays

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Drivers heading west on the Schuylkill Expressway through Center City should prepare for significant daytime backups this week as utility construction restricts traffic between the 30th Street and I-676 interchanges.
