Route 29 Closed for Repairs in Upper Hanover Township

UPPER HANOVER TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that Route 29 (Gravel Pike) is closed for roadway repairs in Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County.

Through Thursday, October 9, the road will be closed between Palm Hill Road and Tollgate Road from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Traffic will be detoured via Palm Hill Road, Bethesda Church Road, Kutztown Road, Route 100, and Tollgate Road. Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.

PennDOT advises motorists to expect delays and allow extra time. All work is weather dependent.
