RIDLEY PARK, PA — After making a splash in the Delaware Valley dining scene this summer, Rosemary, located at 25 E. Hinckley Avenue in Ridley Park has rolled out brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Expect lots of comfort food and brunch staples at the family-owned restaurant with Delco roots.
“We want brunch at Rosemary to be a delicious & fun way to spend your weekends with family and friends,” said proprietor Philip Breen. “We’re very grateful for the incredible response we’ve had since opening, and Chef Elijah Milligan and I, along with our entire team, are really excited to expand our offerings to include weekend brunch.”
The rotating brunch menu includes:

- Berry Parfait. Lavender Yogurt. Apricot Granola. ($12)
- The Standard. 2 Eggs. Bacon or Sausage. Crispy Potatoes. Toasted Sourdough. ($15)
- Bfast Sando. Bacon. Cabot White Cheddar. Fried Egg. Brioche ($16)
- Dutch Baby. Smoked Green Apple Compote. Cider Cream. House Granola. ($16)
- Crème Brûlée French Toast. Milk Bread. Peach Compote. ($16)
- Buttermilk Biscuits. Chorizo Gravy. Miso Scrambled Eggs ($15)
- Mushroom Omelette. Goat Cheese. Melted Leek. Black Garlic. ($19)
- Lobster Omelette. Lobster. Crème Fraîche. Trout Roe. Crispy Potatoes. Local Green w/Ginger Vin. ($22)

Sides include: turkey or pork sausage; biscuits with smoked honey butter; and maple bacon. Specialty cocktails ($12) include the Valencia (vodka, gin, elderflower, orange); the Agave (mescal, yuzu, Meyer lemon); the Roots (rum, carrot, ginger, orange); a French 75; Aperol Spritz; and Bloody Mary. Mimosas and Bellinis are $9 apiece; Mimosas by the Bottle ($38) serves 6.
