WILMINGTON, DE — RockWallet LLC said it has secured a Money Transmitter License from the State of South Dakota, a regulatory approval that expands the company’s ability to offer digital asset services in the state.
The license allows RockWallet customers in South Dakota to buy, sell, and swap digital assets directly within the company’s self-custody mobile app, in addition to securely holding their assets. The approval marks another step in RockWallet’s strategy to build a compliant, state-by-state footprint for its crypto services.
