PHILADELPHIA, PA — Pennsylvania Business Central has named Adel Haque, BS, MD, FAAD, a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon with Dermatology Partners, to its prestigious “2025 Foremost Under 40” list, highlighting his growing influence in clinical dermatology and patient care across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Dr. Haque practices at Dermatology Partners’ Macungie and Lewisburg clinics, part of the physician-led dermatology group that now operates 40 locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. The publication, which reaches more than 35,000 readers in 23 counties, selects young leaders whose work is shaping the region’s business, medical, and innovation landscape.
Andrew Kay, Executive Vice President of Growth at Dermatology Partners, said the recognition reflects both Dr. Haque’s clinical expertise and his deep commitment to the patients he serves. Kay said Haque “brings a sense of camaraderie to every patient encounter, treating each as if they were part of his own family,” noting his work managing complex medical dermatology cases including CTCL, blistering diseases, psoriasis, acne, and eczema.
Dr. Haque’s surgical experience is extensive; he completed more than a thousand Mohs procedures during residency and is also trained in cosmetic dermatology, from lesion removal to Botox and fillers. His academic background includes top honors at Georgia Tech and the Medical College of Georgia, followed by an internship at Gwinnett Medical Center and a residency at the University of South Florida, where he received multiple awards for teaching, surgery, and cosmetic care.
Today, Dr. Haque serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Pennsylvania Department of Dermatology and volunteers at the Philadelphia VA, supervising dermatology residents in both general and surgical care.
Profiles of Dr. Haque and other “2025 Foremost Under 40” honorees appeared in the publication’s November 28 issue.
