PHILADELPHIA, PA — Red Thread PR has secured a place on PRNEWS’ 2027 Agency Elite Top 120 list and won a national award for its work with NJM, marking two industry recognitions as the Philadelphia public relations firm expands its services beyond traditional media relations.
PRNEWS selected Red Thread PR from a field of hundreds of firms for its annual ranking of 120 U.S. public relations and communications agencies.
The independent agency has broadened its services to include brand partnerships, sponsorships, experiential marketing, affiliate marketing and artificial intelligence visibility optimization while retaining earned media as a core business.
The recognition comes alongside a 2026 PRNEWS Platinum Award in the Experiential Event category for “All Bark. All Bite: Dawg House by NJM,” a campaign developed with sister agency Born and Raised.
Red Thread PR also received an honorable mention in the Integrated Communications, Marketing & PR category for its work with Inspira Health.
The Inspira campaign, titled “From Local Provider to Regional Health Leader,” focused on strengthening the South Jersey healthcare organization’s visibility, public trust and competitive positioning.
The Platinum Awards winners were named October 6 in New York City.
Laura Emanuel, managing director of Red Thread PR, attributed the agency’s recognition to its expansion into additional communications and marketing services.
“While the industry talks about what’s next, we’re already building it – expanding what earned-first thinking can do and solving bigger, more complex business challenges for our clients,” Emanuel stated.
The Agency Elite Top 120 is selected by the PRNEWS editorial team, while the Platinum Awards recognize individual public relations and communications campaigns.
The honors give Red Thread PR national industry recognition for both its agency operations and client work involving insurance and healthcare organizations.
