KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Radial is being integrated into Paxon, a unified third-party logistics business created by parent company Bnode to consolidate fulfillment, distribution and marketing services across North America, Europe and Asia under a single international brand.
The restructuring combines King of Prussia-based Radial with Staci Americas and Base Logistics, bringing their operations and capabilities together as Bnode seeks to expand its global logistics business.
Paxon will provide e-commerce fulfillment, point-of-sale logistics and marketing execution services, allowing brands and retailers to coordinate multiple supply chain functions through one organization.
The consolidation marks a shift in how Bnode organizes and markets its third-party logistics operations, replacing separate business identities with a common platform intended to support customers operating across multiple geographic markets.
“Paxon brings together Bnode’s 3PL capabilities under one identity, creating a stronger international proposition for brands and retailers,” Bnode Chief Executive Officer Chris Peeters said.
The combined organization will operate across North America, Europe and Asia, integrating the capabilities of its constituent businesses while maintaining services tailored to regional markets.
Bnode also established a regional leadership structure for the consolidated business.
Eduard Garcia Torrejon will serve as chief executive officer of Paxon North America, while Rainer Kiefer will lead Paxon Europe & North America Midmarket.
Both executives will report directly to Peeters.
The new structure places North American operations under Garcia Torrejon while assigning Kiefer responsibility for European operations and the North American midmarket segment.
The Paxon launch forms part of Bnode’s strategy to expand its international third-party logistics business by connecting existing operations, technology and service capabilities.
For Radial, the transition places its e-commerce fulfillment operations within a broader logistics organization that also provides retail distribution and marketing execution services across international markets.
