KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Radial, Inc., a bpostgroup company, has announced the appointment of Shauna Bowen as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Click to Delivery. Bowen will report to Laura Ritchey, Radial’s Chief Executive Officer.
Bowen will lead Radial’s Click to Delivery strategy, capitalizing on the company’s role as the original eCommerce fulfillment solution. She will join Radial’s executive leadership team and oversee the redesign of the entire order journey. These strategies include transforming daily employee operations, forging partnerships with brands, and integrating systems and processes. Her leadership aims to ensure Radial remains at the forefront of quality, timely, and innovative solutions that meet brand expectations.

Before joining Radial, Bowen was Executive Vice President of Strategy and Transformation at Acosta, Inc., where she led enterprise strategy, business planning, and strategic initiatives. She also spent over 13 years at Walmart, holding senior roles in U.S. Logistics, International, and Sam’s Club divisions. At Sam’s Club, she spearheaded initiatives such as ‘Scan & Go’ and ‘Club Pick Up,’ driving profitability and productivity through innovation.

Bowen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
