Quaker Houghton Sets Investor Day for Long-Term Targets

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Quaker Houghton (NYSE: KWR) will lay out its long-term financial objectives, growth drivers and business transformation strategy at a Dec. 10 investor day at the New York Stock Exchange, giving investors a broader view of management’s plans for the industrial process fluids company.

The event is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time in New York City and will include presentations from President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Berquist, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Tom Coler and other senior executives.

Management plans to address the company’s strategy, growth drivers and long-term financial objectives, along with initiatives involving innovation and business transformation. The program will also include question-and-answer sessions and meetings with management.

Institutional investors and analysts will receive invitations to register for in-person attendance in the coming weeks. Advance registration will be required because of space limitations.
