Police Seek Public’s Assistance Following Alleged Theft at GAP Outlet

LANCASTER, PA — The East Lampeter Township Police Department is appealing to the public for information regarding an alleged theft that took place at the GAP Outlet in the Tanger Outlets on Lincoln Hwy East.

At approximately 6:20 PM on January 10, 2024, a male and female pair were observed allegedly removing security tags from various articles of clothing offered for sale within the store. The male suspect is accused of concealing over $380 worth of clothing inside his pants before both individuals exited the store without paying.

Police have released surveillance images of the two suspects and are urging anyone who may recognize either individual or have any information regarding this alleged crime to contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department at 717-291-4676 or submit a tip online here.

It is crucial to remember that these are allegations, and the individuals in question are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
