Phreesia Joins Deloitte Fast 500 as Demand for Health Tech Accelerates

Phreesia

WILMINGTON, DEPhreesia has earned a place on the 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, marking its first appearance on the annual list of North America’s fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech and energy tech companies.

The ranking, now in its 31st year, recognizes public and private companies that demonstrate exceptional revenue growth driven by proprietary innovation. Award eligibility requires at least four years in business, base-year revenues of $50,000, current-year revenues of $5 million or more and a minimum growth rate of 50% from 2021 to 2024.

Phreesia CEO Chaim Indig said the recognition reflects the company’s momentum as it expands its digital tools aimed at simplifying administrative processes for healthcare organizations and patients. He credited the company’s growth to its focus on delivering measurable value across clinical, operational and patient-engagement workflows.

Deloitte leaders said this year’s list captures both the rising influence of new entrants and the consistency of long-established innovators. Wolfe Tone, U.S. Deloitte Private & Emerging Client Portfolio leader, noted that more than half of this year’s winners have appeared on the list before, while many of the top performers are newcomers demonstrating rapid scaling across key sectors.

The Fast 500 ranking continues to highlight the dominance of privately held technology firms, which Deloitte says benefit from the agility required to compete in fast-moving markets. Companies on the list posted revenue growth ranging from 50% to several thousand percent during the evaluation period.
