PHILADELPHIA, PA — As spring unfurls in Philadelphia, the Craftsman Row Saloon at 112 S. 8th Street is bursting into blossom with its Blooming Garden Pop-Up Experience. The Saloon, minutes after setting records with its Christmas Pop-up and Mardi Gras Pop–up experiences, is now transforming into a vibrant, flower-filled eden. From towering trellises to blooming bouquets, the saloon welcomes guests this spring for a garden odyssey, Tuesday through Sunday.

In alignment with Philadelphia’s Cherry Blossoms and the city’s renowned Flower Show, Craftsman Row Saloon invites diners to step into the colorful heart of spring. They are offering a tantalizing menu of floral-inspired delicacies and drinks, as well as a novel garden-inspired milkshake and bacon bouquets.

Co-owner George Tsiouris shared his excitement about the transformation, stating, “The early spring buds, the Philadelphia Flower Show, and the region’s fine weather inspired us to create our special garden-themed experience. We have outdone ourselves this year with a more lavish display of spring bloom, decorative elements, and a menu of floral-inspired foods.”

The aesthetic of the pop-up is a garden enthusiast’s dream, overflowing with verdant vegetation, botanical prints, pastel blooms, and countless hidden treasures. A collection of journals await patrons for an opportunity to evaluate their New Year’s goals amidst the serene atmosphere. An array of delicate butterflies and floral bouquets add a magical touch, evoking a soft springtime ambiance.

The Saloon’s menu is as enchanting as its blooming decor. An over-the-top milkshake dubbed “Wild(Flower) About You” features local chocolate ice cream, edible floral bark, and a rose dust garnish. Enticing entrees include the ever-popular French Fry Bouquet, now available in shrimp and bacon, and chicken finger varieties. Unforgettable specials like the “Blooming Burger,” and “Botanical Grilled Cheese” ensure a flavorful feast for all palates.

Their cocktail concoctions lean heavily on garden inspirations, with options like “Petal to the Metal Espresso Martini” and “Cherry Pickin’ Lime Cola”. Each drink comes garnished with edible flowers for an added taste of the garden. Co-owner Vasiliki guarantees that the cocktails “will boast all the floral feels.”

The Saloon also returns with its weekend brunch every Friday to Sunday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Comfort food staples, including award-winning burgers, Dorito coated mozzarella sticks, and buffalo mac-n-cheese loaded fries, complement the floral-focused menu.

Owned by brother-and-sister restaurateurs George and Vasiliki Tsiouris, the Craftsman Row Saloon showcases its rich history in the heart of Philadelphia’s Jeweler’s Row. Though updated by the Tsiouris family, the original bar facade, bar stools, and booths remain, honoring its storied past, while ensuring a comfortable, neighborhood setting for all.

This spring, immerse yourself in the Blooming Garden Pop-Up Experience at Craftsman Row Saloon for a magical gastronomical adventure unlike any other.
