The victim was promptly transported to a local hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Authorities have since recovered video footage showing the suspect and his vehicle just moments before the shooting took place. The suspect has been described as a male with a medium brown complexion, sporting facial hair and clad in a light blue puffy coat with a hood.
