Philadelphia PD Seeks Suspect in Dollar Tree Store Arson

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department announced it is actively searching for a suspect in connection to two fires at the Dollar Tree store located at 6101 Frankford Avenue. The first fire was reported on March 9th, 2023 and was a dumpster fire. The second fire occurred three days later on March 12th and completely destroyed the store.

Detective Ken Golczewski of the City Wide Arson Task Force stated, “We believe this individual is responsible for both fires. We urge anyone with information to contact us immediately so we can further our investigation”.

The City Wide Arson Task Force is asking anyone with information about this crime, or any other arson-related crime in the city, to contact them directly at 215-783-1092.
