PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia’s Central Detective Division is calling on the public for assistance in identifying a man believed to be involved in a series of vandalism incidents across the city’s 6th and 26th Districts.
The suspect, an unknown Black male, is alleged to have caused significant property damage by throwing objects and breaking the windows of numerous institutions on February 19, 2024.
The Philadelphia Police Department has released a description of the suspect: a Black male seen wearing headphones, a red and white Phillies hat, a dark-colored jacket, and blue jeans. They have further advised that if anyone sees this individual, they should not approach him but immediately contact 911.
Citizens with information that could aid the investigation are encouraged to contact the Central Detective Division at 215-686-3093/3094 or Detective Cifelli directly. Tips can also be submitted via telephone call or text message to 215.686.TIPS (8477). The department ensures all tips will be kept confidential.
