PHILADELPHIA, PA — Phenom announced it achieved FedRAMP Ready status, positioning the company to offer artificial intelligence-driven hiring and workforce management tools to U.S. government agencies operating under federal security and compliance standards.
The designation allows Phenom to pursue deployments across federal, state and local government organizations as agencies face mounting hiring challenges, including lengthy recruitment timelines, rising attrition and shrinking talent pipelines.
According to the company, average federal hiring timelines exceed 100 days, while agencies continue to modernize workforce systems under broader federal digital transformation initiatives.
Phenom said it built a dedicated government environment aligned with FedRAMP Moderate and IL4 security controls to support regulated public-sector hiring operations.
The company’s platform is designed to integrate with existing human resources systems and provide AI-driven candidate sourcing, recruitment automation, workflow management and hiring analytics.
Phenom stated the system can automate interview scheduling, personalize candidate engagement, support talent pipeline development and provide predictive workforce analytics intended to identify staffing gaps and hiring risks.
Saumil Gandhi indicated federal agencies are under pressure to accelerate hiring and workforce redeployment while operating within stricter governance and security requirements than most commercial employers.
The company said it has experience supporting regulated hiring environments, including work with 21 of the top 100 federal contractors as well as organizations in healthcare and higher education.
Karen Laughton stated the FedRAMP Ready classification gives agencies potential access to AI-enabled talent management systems within a compliant environment as governments seek to modernize workforce operations.
Phenom said its government-focused offering includes Section 508 accessibility compliance and will be available through reseller networks and government contract vehicles.
