READING, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop M, Fogelsville Station is currently investigating an access device fraud incident totaling over $1,400.

On January 27, 2024, the Fogelsville Station received a report of a fraudulent transaction made using a victim’s credit card. The alleged fraud took place online via a purchase from the Lowes store located at 500 Madison Avenue in Reading, Berks County. The suspect, an unidentified male, is reported to have made a purchase amounting to $1,416.67.

The police have released an image of the suspect and are appealing for any information that may lead to his identification. As the investigation continues, the authorities are urging anyone with knowledge of this incident to step forward.
