SOLEBURY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced a scheduled pipe replacement on Aquetong Road in Solebury Township, Bucks County. The road work is set to take place on Tuesday, November 28, and Wednesday, November 29.
During the hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a road closure is anticipated on Aquetong Road between Carversville Road and Mechanicsville Road. Motorists are advised to follow detour signs directing them to use Mechanicsville Road, Route 413 (Durham Road), and Carversville Road during the period of closure.
While the work is ongoing, local access to properties will be maintained up to the work zone. However, motorists are urged to allow extra travel time when commuting near the work area as traffic backups may occur due to the roadwork.
