PCA Global Ventures

WILMINGTON, DE — PCA Global Ventures has earned a 2026 OnCon Icon Top 50 Marketing Team designation, recognizing the Wilmington-based company’s efforts to coordinate branding and communications across its financial services businesses in four countries.

The recognition covers the company’s Global Marketing team, which supports Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ardent Credit Services, Invenio Financial and The Estate Registry across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.

The OnCon Icon Awards are determined through peer and community voting, with participants evaluating teams based on organizational impact, innovation, thought leadership and leadership practices.

For PCA Global Ventures, the designation comes as the company continues developing a unified communications strategy across its portfolio while maintaining the separate identities of its operating businesses.

“Culture is at the heart of every high-performing team, especially when supporting a global organization,” said Casey Cohen, chief marketing officer of PCA Global Ventures. “Our marketing team touches nearly every part of the business, shaping how our brands show up externally while helping our people stay connected to who we are and what we stand for.”
