Patriot Growth Promotes Greg Feigenbaum to Benefits Leadership Role

FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Patriot Growth Insurance Services announced the promotion of Greg Feigenbaum to vice president and national employee benefits practice leader, expanding his responsibilities overseeing the company’s employee benefits strategy across its national platform.

Feigenbaum, who joined Patriot in 2025 as regional vice president of employee benefits for the Northeast, will lead efforts focused on business growth, agency collaboration, and client benefit solutions, according to the company.

Patriot said Feigenbaum has more than 20 years of experience across insurance carrier, general agency, and brokerage operations.

In his previous role, Feigenbaum oversaw employee benefits agencies throughout the Northeast region, with responsibilities that included sales strategy, operations, technology adoption, talent development, and coordination across agencies.

Before joining Patriot, Feigenbaum spent more than 13 years working with employee benefits consulting firms, advising employers on benefits strategies across multiple industries.

“Throughout my career, I have been focused on building strong teams and helping organizations navigate the complexity of employee benefits in a way that creates meaningful outcomes,” Feigenbaum said.

Bill Donato, president of retail insurance at Patriot, said Feigenbaum had already played a significant role in the company’s Northeast operations.
