FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Patriot Growth Insurance Services announced a slate of executive promotions designed to reinforce its leadership team and guide the company into its next phase of growth. Bill Donato has been named President of Retail Insurance, Bob Monard has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, and Clara Arrington will serve as General Counsel.
Donato, a 30-year insurance veteran, will assume full profit-and-loss responsibility for Patriot’s Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits divisions. He will continue to lead the Northeast Region, where he has been credited with driving growth and strengthening collaboration among partner agencies.
Monard, who joined Patriot in 2024 as Chief Accounting Officer, takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer. With more than two decades of financial experience in the insurance brokerage industry, he will oversee the company’s financial strategy and performance, ensuring a solid foundation for continued expansion.
Arrington, who joined Patriot nearly four years ago, steps into the role of General Counsel. She will oversee corporate governance, M&A legal matters, and operational support, while partnering closely with compliance teams. Her decade of legal and litigation experience has helped shape the company’s legal strategy and strengthened ties with partner agencies.
