Ahmed will also treat glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, dry eye, and other conditions affecting adult eye health.

His glaucoma services include prescription medication management, selective laser trabeculoplasty and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery.

Selective laser trabeculoplasty uses laser treatment to help reduce pressure inside the eye, while minimally invasive glaucoma surgery provides another treatment option for certain patients requiring surgical intervention.

Ahmed completed his ophthalmology residency at Temple University Hospital, where he received training in cataract surgery and anterior segment care.
