SALISBURY TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that resurfacing work will begin Sunday, October 19, on Route 41 (Newport Pike) in Salisbury Township, Lancaster County. The project spans from Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) to Route 741 (Strasburg Road).
Work will take place Sunday through Thursday nights from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM for about two weeks. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane with flaggers directing alternating directions. Delays are expected.
The project includes milling and paving operations. All work is weather dependent.
