The confrontation began on the morning of February 28, 2024, when Annane and another driver were reportedly involved in a heated exchange on I-95. According to the victim, a black SUV driven by Annane pursued him off the highway and followed him to a Wawa convenience store located at 601 Naamans Road, Claymont.
