WYOMISSING, PA — Wyomissing Police and the Berks County District Attorney’s Office are investigating a drowning after a neighbor reported finding a person floating in a swimming pool at a residence in the 1400 block of Cleveland Avenue.
According to police, officers were dispatched to the property at approximately 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, after receiving the neighbor’s report.
Detectives from the Wyomissing Police Department and Berks County District Attorney’s Office responded to the scene and are jointly investigating the circumstances surrounding the drowning.
Authorities did not identify the person who was found in the pool.
