NORRISTOWN, PA — MRO has been named to the Inc. 5000 for an 11th consecutive year after acquisitions expanded the clinical data company into quality reporting and clinical research, extending its reach across more than 2,000 hospitals and health systems and nearly 250 insurers nationwide.
The annual Inc. 5000 ranks the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States.
MRO’s latest appearance follows its 2025 acquisitions of Q-Centrix and Clinetic, transactions that broadened the company beyond the exchange of clinical information.
Q-Centrix provides clinical data management, abstraction and quality reporting services to hospitals and health systems. Clinetic operates an artificial intelligence-based platform used by health systems to identify, screen and enroll patients in clinical trials.
The Clinetic deal also moved MRO into the clinical research market, adding life sciences companies to a customer base that already included health care providers and insurers.
Chief Executive Officer Jason Brown attributed the company’s growth to increasing demand from providers, payers and life sciences firms seeking access to clinical data.
“This milestone reflects the strength of our growth as we help providers, payers and life sciences firms access mission-critical clinical data,” Brown stated.
