NORRISTOWN, PA — MRO Corp. said it has been named a 2026 USA Today National Top Workplaces winner, marking its fifth time receiving the recognition based on employee feedback.
The award, presented to organizations with at least 150 employees, is based on confidential surveys conducted by Energage, which measure workplace culture and employee engagement.
MRO said it was the highest-ranked vendor serving the healthcare industry among this year’s winners.
More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the program, with results determined by employee responses to workplace experience indicators tied to organizational performance.
“Earning a USA Today Top Workplaces award is a testament to an organization’s credibility and commitment to a people-first culture,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage.
MRO Chief People Officer Shawn Powlick said the recognition reflects employee contributions and engagement within the company.
The Top Workplaces program has been administered by Energage since 2006.
MRO provides clinical data management and data exchange services for healthcare organizations.
