PHILADELPHIA, PA — A motor vehicle accident claim involving a client who suffered concussion-related injuries has been resolved through a $1.6 million settlement, according to Philadelphia-based personal injury firm Fulginiti Law.

The settlement stems from a crash in which the injured individual experienced symptoms consistent with a concussion and underwent subsequent medical evaluation and treatment.

While details regarding the collision, the parties involved, and the legal claims were not disclosed, the case resulted in a seven-figure recovery for the injured client.

According to the firm, the client ultimately made a full recovery following treatment.

Personal injury settlements involving traumatic brain injuries and concussion-related symptoms often reflect factors such as the severity of the injury, medical expenses, lost income, liability considerations, and the potential long-term effects on a claimant’s quality of life.

Fulginiti Law attorney Ken Fulginiti noted that the client’s recovery was a significant outcome of the case.

“While we are proud to have secured this result for our client, we are especially grateful that they were able to make a full recovery after the accident,” Fulginiti said.
