CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Morgan Properties has appointed Jennifer Ellis as its first head of investor relations, establishing a dedicated executive function to manage institutional investor relationships and reporting as the multifamily real estate owner expands its investment platform and joint venture partnerships.

Ellis will oversee investor communications, reporting and engagement while developing systems and processes to support the company’s relationships with investment partners.

Her responsibilities will also include oversight of public relations and corporate branding, consolidating investor and external communications under a single leadership position.

The appointment reflects increasing organizational demands as Morgan Properties, one of the nation’s largest multifamily property owners, manages a growing and more complex investment operation.

Curci said the new position is intended to strengthen communication and service for investment partners as the company continues to expand.

Ellis brings more than 15 years of experience in institutional asset management, including investor relations, client service and financial reporting, with a concentration in real estate investments.

She previously held positions at EQT Real Estate and CenterSquare Investment Management, where she served as head of investor relations.
