READING, PA — Miri Technologies has launched a self-service management platform for its NetConnect+ mobile data plans, giving customers and resellers direct control over SIM provisioning, usage monitoring and billing as the company expands its global connectivity offerings.

The online Miri Data Platform allows users to activate new NetConnect+ SIM cards, monitor data consumption, manage billing and administer mobile data plans without contacting the company, Miri announced.

The rollout reflects a broader shift toward customer-managed connectivity services for businesses relying on mobile broadband across multiple carriers and regions.

NetConnect+ plans provide 4G and 5G connectivity across all major U.S. wireless carriers and more than 600 carriers worldwide. The service can automatically switch between major and regional networks to maintain connectivity while traveling.

The platform enables customers to assign SIM cards to specific U.S. carriers, review usage analytics, establish data usage limits and manage shared data pools. Manual carrier selection for international networks is planned during the third quarter, according to the company.

Authorized distributors and resellers can also use the platform to manage customers’ SIM cards and data plans.

Miri offers three NetConnect+ pricing models: pay-as-you-go plans billed by regional data usage, monthly bundled plans for individual U.S. SIM cards, and shared data plans that distribute monthly data allowances across multiple SIM cards in the United States and selected international markets.

“Customers already love the flexibility offered by our NetConnect+ plans, from their worldwide usability to being able to choose pay-as-you-go or fixed plans to align with their projects and needs,” Ryan Brenneman, co-founder and chief technology officer of Miri Technologies, said.

“The new Miri Data Platform provides even more value to NetConnect+ customers by giving them greater control, important insights into their usage and 24/7 access to managing their plans,” he added.

The platform is being rolled out to existing NetConnect+ customers in phases over the coming month. Customers seeking earlier access can request an invitation through Miri’s support team.

NetConnect+ plans are designed for use with the company’s X510 dual-cellular bonding router, routers running the miriOS operating system and compatible third-party hotspots and mobile devices.
