LITITZ, PA — A man in Lancaster County has been charged with alleged retail theft. The incident took place at the Paul B Zimmerman Hardware Store located at 50 Wood Corner Road in Clay Township.
On October 2, 2023, officers from the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department responded to a report of retail theft at the hardware store. Following an investigation, they identified the suspect as John William Bryson, aged 56, of York, PA.
Bryson is accused of stealing two saw blades from the store without paying for the items. The evidence gathered during the investigation led to the charge being classified as M1, indicating a misdemeanor of the first degree.
After the charges were filed, Bryson was processed on December 27, 2023.
