Lower Southampton Police Issue Warrant for Suspected Retail Theft Conspirator

FEASTERVILLE, PA — The Lower Southampton Township Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a man believed to be involved in a series of retail thefts that occurred in late 2023.

Hamid Barrett, a 27-year-old Philadelphia resident, is wanted in connection with three incidents of alleged retail theft. The thefts reportedly took place on September 20, October 11, and November 13, 2023, at the TJ Maxx store in Feasterville, PA.

During their investigations, police identified Darryl Foreman, who is currently incarcerated in the Philadelphia Correction Facility, as a co-conspirator in the crimes. The charges against Barrett include three counts of retail theft, one count of receiving stolen property, and three counts of criminal conspiracy.
