FEASTERVILLE, PA — The Lower Southampton Township Police Department, with the assistance of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department, arrested Lawrence W. Kramer on Thursday, January 11, 2024. The 65-year-old Bensalem resident was arraigned on charges of corruption of minors and harassment before being remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

A warrant for Kramer’s arrest was issued on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, by Magisterial District Judge Daniel Baranoski. This followed a report received by the Lower Southampton Police on November 10, 2023, alleging that a 13-year-old girl had been sent inappropriate messages on Facebook Messenger.

Investigators obtained copies of these messages, which reportedly solicited nude photos and sexual acts from the minor. Through diligent investigation, Kramer was identified as the alleged sender of these messages. Although initially cooperating with detectives, Kramer later refused to turn himself in after being notified of the arrest warrant.

Despite this significant development in the case, it is important to remember that a criminal complaint or an arrest does not constitute a declaration of guilt. Like all suspects, Kramer is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
