Lincoln Financial Sets Preferred Dividends for Sept. 1

RADNOR, PA — Lincoln Financial (NYSE: LNC) will pay dividends Sept. 1 on its Series C and Series D preferred stock after its board of directors declared the distributions for holders of record on Aug. 17.

The company declared a semiannual dividend of $1,156.25 per share on its 9.250% Fixed Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series C.

The Series C preferred stock carries a $25,000 liquidation preference per share and is represented by depositary shares, with each depositary share representing a 1/25th interest in one preferred share. Holders will receive $46.25 per depositary share.

Lincoln Financial also declared a quarterly dividend of $562.50 per share on its 9.000% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series D.

The Series D preferred stock carries a $25,000 liquidation preference per share and is represented by depositary shares, with each depositary share representing a 1/1,000th interest in one preferred share. Holders will receive $0.5625 per depositary share.

The Series D depositary shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol LNC PRD.

Both dividends are payable Sept. 1, 2026, to holders of record on Aug. 17, 2026.
