PHILADELPHIA, PA — Insomnia Cookies is betting that romance pairs best with warm cookies and cold milk, unveiling its first-ever Valentine’s Day dine-in reservations that transform select bakeries into late-night date destinations.
For the first time, the late-night bakery is offering limited in-store reservations exclusively to Insomnia Rewards members, available now through the company’s website. The pop-up dining experience will run Thursday, February 12, and Friday, February 13, from 8 p.m. to midnight local time at participating locations in the United States and Canada.
The reservation-only experience features a $30 prix fixe menu designed for couples, including a six-pack of cookies, three dipping sauces—milk chocolate, white chocolate, and caramel—and two bottles of milk. Company officials said availability is limited and reservations are expected to fill quickly.
“As the late-night bakery known for delivering warm, delicious cookies, Insomnia is excited to introduce our in-store Valentine’s Day reservations in honor of one of the most indulgent times of the year,” said Seth Berkowitz, the company’s chief executive officer and founder. He said the initiative reflects Insomnia’s focus on creating memorable experiences built around its signature cravings.
The Valentine’s reservations will be offered in select markets, including Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Detroit, Houston, Atlanta, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and Ottawa, Canada, among others.
Alongside the reservation rollout, Insomnia Cookies is launching a slate of limited-edition Valentine’s Day treats. Beginning February 9, participating bakeries will offer three new dipping sauces—milk chocolate, white chocolate, and caramel—while supplies last.
The seasonal menu also includes returning and new Valentine’s-inspired cookies, such as the Red Velvet Classic, Red Velvet Cookies ’N Cream Brookie, Chocolate Covered Strawberry Classic, and Red Velvet Cheesecake Classic, with select items debuting as early as January 27 and others arriving February 13 at select locations. A Ghirardelli Chocolate Lava Cake Classic will also be available for a limited time.
Customers who miss out on reservations won’t be left empty-handed. Starting Friday, February 13, Insomnia Cookies will offer a limited-time Cherub Chunk 12-pack, featuring Valentine’s-themed packaging and a plush Cherub Chunk, while supplies last.
