Lansing Street Tops $500 Million as Founder Earns RIA Ranking

Business

AMBLER, PA — Lansing Street Advisors has grown to more than $500 million in assets under management since its 2020 founding while expanding its senior leadership, a period of growth that coincides with founder and CEO Matt Topley’s fourth consecutive appearance on AdvisorHub’s national ranking of registered investment advisers.

Topley ranked No. 105 on AdvisorHub’s 2026 Advisors to Watch: RIAs list, according to the Ambler-based SEC-registered investment adviser. He has appeared on the ranking in each of its four years.

The recognition comes as Lansing Street builds out its management ranks and broadens its wealth-management operations for high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions across the greater Philadelphia region.

Over the past year, the firm added a chief investment officer, chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Its services include generational wealth planning, tax planning and investment management.

Topley initially ranked No. 55 among 100 advisers when AdvisorHub introduced the RIA list in 2023. He moved to No. 53 among 200 in 2024 and ranked No. 105 among 250 advisers in both 2025 and 2026.

AdvisorHub evaluates advisers on a 100-point scale covering the scope and growth of their practices and professionalism. There is no fee to participate or be considered for the ranking, according to Lansing Street.

“Being recognized for a fourth straight year is really a reflection of our clients and the trust they place in our team,” Topley stated. “We’ve never chased a ranking.”

Lansing Street attributed its growth since 2020 to deliberate expansion of its investment, financial-planning and operational capabilities. The firm did not disclose the amount of net new assets added during the past year or provide a year-over-year growth rate.
