KenCrest Promotes Patricia Hillis-Clark to Chief Operating Officer

BLUE BELL, PAKenCrest has announced the promotion of Patricia (Pattie) Hillis-Clark, PsyD, to Chief Operating Officer. Hillis-Clark joined the organization in January 2025 as Vice President of Programs and brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership focused on behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

In her new role, Dr. Hillis-Clark will oversee KenCrest’s programs and operations across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut, guiding the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services.

“This next chapter as KenCrest’s COO is both humbling and energizing,” said Hillis-Clark. “I am deeply committed to continuing our work with integrity, innovation, and heart. I am excited to be a part of this wonderful team that is driving meaningful change.”

Since joining KenCrest, Hillis-Clark has strengthened program infrastructure and oversight, expanded collaboration across departments, and advanced organizational initiatives aligned with the nonprofit’s mission of supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.

“Since joining KenCrest earlier this year, Pattie has brought extraordinary leadership and vision to our programs,” said Aurora Kripa, KenCrest President and CEO-Elect. “Her clinical expertise, operational experience, and dedication to the people we support make her an exceptional choice for COO as we step into the future together.”

Before joining KenCrest, Hillis-Clark spent more than two decades at Devereux, where she progressed from Primary Therapist to Executive Director, overseeing services for more than 1,200 youth and families annually. She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, a Master’s in Social Work from Temple University, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Cabrini College.

Hillis-Clark is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and has previously held certifications as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. She remains active in statewide advocacy initiatives and is awaiting appointment to the Radnor Township Civil Service Committee.
