WILMINGTON, DE — Cyber threat intelligence firm Intel 471 has promoted two senior leaders to its executive team, a move the company says is designed to accelerate revenue growth and sharpen product innovation as cyber risks grow more complex.
Amy Minyard-Bishop has been named chief revenue officer, expanding her previous role as chief customer officer. Steve Micallef was promoted to chief technology officer, placing him in charge of research and development for Intel 471’s Verity471 software platform.
Minyard-Bishop brings more than 20 years of experience building sales, customer success, and intelligence operations teams. As chief customer officer, she helped establish Intel 471’s customer support function and drive high satisfaction levels. In her new role, she will continue overseeing customer retention and support while focusing on scaling the global sales organization and strengthening relationships with customers and partners.
Micallef has more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity and threat intelligence, including prior roles at UBS and Google. He also founded SpiderFoot, a cyber intelligence company later acquired by Intel 471. His work has been central to the development of Verity471, which integrates cyber threat intelligence into operational workflows. As CTO, he will guide product innovation aimed at helping organizations shift from reactive defense to proactive threat mitigation.
Chief Executive Officer Jason Passwaters said the promotions reflect both leaders’ impact on the business and their alignment with the company’s mission. He said their leadership will support Intel 471’s continued expansion as demand rises for intelligence-driven cybersecurity solutions.
Intel 471 provides cyber threat intelligence designed to help organizations detect, understand, and respond to digital threats more quickly. The executive appointments signal a strategic focus on pairing commercial growth with deeper technical capabilities as enterprises face increasingly sophisticated attacks.
