WILMINGTON, DE — Intel 471 introduced two artificial intelligence capabilities for its Verity471 cybersecurity platform, expanding how security teams can combine external threat intelligence with internal data and automate analysis before attacks are launched.
The new tools, MCP471 and Agent471, are designed to make Intel 471’s threat intelligence easier to use within existing AI systems and investigative workflows.
MCP471 is a connector built on the Model Context Protocol that allows Verity471 intelligence to flow into platforms including Claude, ChatGPT and custom AI applications. The integration is intended to help organizations combine Intel 471 data with their own security telemetry and automated defenses.
Agent471 operates inside Verity471 as a native AI agent. According to Intel 471, the tool can analyze threat actors across multiple sources, reconcile aliases and produce cited responses intended to support security decisions.
The additions reflect growing pressure on cybersecurity teams to respond as attackers use AI to increase the speed and scale of malicious activity. Intel 471 is positioning the platform around pre-attack intelligence and proactive threat hunting rather than relying solely on detection after malicious activity begins.
“MCP471 and Agent471 are critical milestones pointing to the innovation we are building into Verity471,” President and Chief Intelligence Officer Michael DeBolt stated.
DeBolt indicated the tools could be used to accelerate investigations, develop recurring executive briefings and connect intelligence that would otherwise remain spread across separate reports.
Intel 471 also cited Gartner’s view that organizations will increasingly need automated, preemptive defenses capable of acting before AI-enabled attackers strike.
The company did not disclose pricing, customer adoption figures or a deployment timetable for the new capabilities.
