PHILADELPHIA, PA — Drivers using southbound I-95 in Philadelphia should plan extra time next week as overnight traffic camera repairs bring a lane closure between the Washington Avenue and Tasker Street underpasses from Sunday, August 16, through Thursday, August 20.

A lane closure will be in place each night during the eight-hour work window while crews repair traffic camera equipment along southbound I-95.

The repairs are part of PennDOT’s I-95 Section GR8 project to install and update Intelligent Transportation Systems equipment across regional highways.
