BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Drivers should prepare for a ramp detour and nearly three weeks of overnight lane restrictions on Interstate 295 beginning Monday, September 14, as crews complete bridge repairs in Middletown and Lower Makefield townships.

The ramp from Business U.S. 1 (Lincoln Highway) to eastbound I-295 will close Monday night, September 14. Drivers will be directed to use Business U.S. 1 (Lincoln Highway), Woodbourne Road, Route 213 (Old Lincoln Highway/Maple Avenue), and U.S. 1 (Lincoln Highway).
Alternating lane closures will also affect I-295 between Business U.S. 1 and Route 332 (Yardley Newtown Road) on Monday through Thursday nights until Friday morning, October 2.
Drivers should plan extra time, expect delays near the work zone, and seek an alternate route when possible.
