LOWER FREDERICK TOWNSHIP, PA — Prestige Property Partners LLC is set to undertake utility construction on eastbound Little Road in Lower Frederick Township, Montgomery County. This work is scheduled to occur from September 23 through September 27, with road closures set from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day.
During this period, eastbound Little Road will be inaccessible between Route 29 (Gravel Pike) and Simmons Road. Motorists will need to follow a detour utilizing Route 29, Route 73 (Big Road), and Perkiomenville Road to navigate around the construction zone. Local access up to the work area will be maintained to minimize inconvenience to residents.
