PHILADELPHIA, PA — HHM Hotels announced a sweeping reorganization of its leadership structure this week, advancing a strategic plan to strengthen operations, accelerate growth, and deliver greater value to owners and guests across its portfolio.

The company introduced several executive promotions and key appointments designed to bolster its operational and commercial capabilities. Cathy O’Brien, Hiram Negron, and Doug Wilkins have been promoted to Executive Vice Presidents of Operations, joining Ray Perez, who continues in his current EVP role. Together, they will oversee HHM Hotels’ expansive portfolio with a focus on operational excellence and market agility.

Marsha Ray was appointed Executive Vice President and Head of Canadian Operations. Her addition underscores HHM Hotels’ commitment to strengthening its Canadian presence and preparing for significant future expansion north of the border.

Supporting this evolution, Lindsey Johnson was promoted to Senior Vice President, Head of Sales, and will lead all hotel sales strategies across the organization.
