CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Hamilton Lane Incorporated (Nasdaq: HLNE), which oversees $1.1 trillion in private markets assets, will report its second-quarter fiscal 2027 financial results on November 3, giving investors an updated assessment of the firm’s performance across its global investment management operations.
The Conshohocken-based investment firm said it will release results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, before U.S. stock markets open Tuesday, November 3.
Hamilton Lane will hold an earnings conference call at 11 a.m. Eastern Time that day to discuss its quarterly performance.
The results will provide an update on the firm’s financial position following a period in which it reported $1.1 trillion in assets under management and supervision as of June 30, 2026.
That total included more than $146 billion in discretionary assets, which Hamilton Lane manages with investment decision-making authority, and $914 billion in non-discretionary assets under supervision.
Hamilton Lane provides private markets investment services to institutional investors and private wealth clients, with investment strategies spanning multiple sectors and geographic markets.
The firm employs approximately 800 professionals across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Investors will be able to access the earnings release and a detailed financial presentation through Hamilton Lane’s shareholder website at https://shareholders.hamiltonlane.com/.
The November 3 conference call will be available through a listen-only webcast on the same website. Participants are encouraged to access the webcast at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start.
A recording is expected to become available approximately two hours after the live presentation and will remain accessible for one year.
The quarterly report will mark the company’s next scheduled financial disclosure following its June 30 reporting period, providing updated figures for investors evaluating its private markets investment business.
